This website is geared toward simplicity and functionality and most of its features should become clear with use. For a more detailed description of the site, see the User's Guide below.
You will want to start by browsing our books. You have several options:
As you browse our site, you will see basic bibliographic information and an image for each title. For more detailed information--including subject area and a short description when available--click on the book's image or title.
If you find titles you would like to purchase, you can add them to your shopping cart where they will be saved for you until you are ready to order. In most cases you can even close your web browser and continue shopping at a later time.
To add a book to your cart, just enter a quantity in the text box and then click "Add to Cart". There is no minimum quantity per title and we have at least 25 copies available, unless otherwise noted.
When you are ready to check out or if you just want to review the contents of your cart, click "View Cart" at the top right corner. On the cart page, you can easily change quantities, view details, or remove a title from your order. When you are satisfied with your order (and have met our $200 net minimum), click "Go to Checkout".
You will need to sign into your account at this point using your e-mail address and password. Or, if you don't yet have an account, you can sign up before you place the order. Please be aware that all new customers must pre-pay their order with a credit card. After your first order, you may apply for credit terms.
Before clicking "Checkout", select one billing and one shipping address (can be the same) and enter a PO# and any special instructions you would like us to know about. After checking out you will see a page confirming your order and you will also receive a confirmation e-mail.
We will typically review your order within 24-48 business hours and let you know if we have any concerns. We then process the order and you will receive a final invoice by e-mail when your books leave our warehouse. This final invoice includes all shipping costs and any quantity adjustments we have had to make.
